THIS WAS THE LETTER I WROTE THEM:
I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THE BELOW MENTIONED FACTS AND REQUEST U TO SOLVE MY GRIEVENCES WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
LAST PAYMENT OF RS.450/- CHEQUE NO:110608 ICICI BANK LTD FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2008.

MODEM AND ADAPTER SURRENDERED ON 17TH MARCH 2008 TO MRS. ARCHANA, DEPITE SURRENDERING THE MODEM AND ADAPTER AND NO LONGER USING THE INTERNET SERVICES, I WAS SUBSEQUENTLY BILLED FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL AND MAY 2008 WHICH WAS PROMPTLY REPORTED BY ME TO HATHWAY OFFICE.

REQUEST FOR REFUND WAS MADE FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MODEM AND ADAPTER ON THE 17TH MARCH 2008 AND FYRTHER REMINDER IN THE MONTH OF APRIL AND MAY.

IN THE 1ST WEEK OF JUNE 2008, LETTER ALONG WITH THE CHEQUE NUMBER:20157 DATED 24TH MAY 2008 DRAWN ON UTI BANK KHAR (W) BRANCH FOR THE AMOUNT OF RS.640/- WAS RECEIVED ON THE SAME OF RECEIPT.

ON TH E SAME DAY I REPORTED THE MATTER TO HATHWAY OFFICE OF RECEIVING RS.388/- LESS AND WAS ADVISED TO ENCASH THE CHEQUE AND WAS PROMISED THAT THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE REMITTED WITHIN 15 DAYS BY THEM. ACTING ON THE GOOD FAITH I REFRAINED FROM GIVING ANY WRITTEN NOTICE.

THE MATTER WAS AGAIN RAISED BY ME IN TH MONTH OF JUNE, JULY,AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER BUT SAME PROMISES WERE MADE WITHOUT ANY ACTION.

LASTLY WE GAVE THEM 15 DAYS NOTICE ON 12TH AUGUST 2008 THAT EITHER SOLVE THIS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME OR I WILL REGISTER MY COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER CELL BUT TILL DATE NO REPLIES OR ACTION TAKEN.

WE HOPE THIS CELL WILL TAKE THIS PROMPT AND APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM.
 

Solution of your complaintTHESE CHEATERS SHOULD BE THOUGHT SUCH A LESSON, THAT THEY NEVER DARE TO CHEAT A COMMON MAN LIKE THIS WE WANT OUR HARD EARNED MONEY RETURNED BACK. TEACH THEM SOME CUSTOMER SERVICES BECOZ THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AS FOOLS.
