I am a user of Tata Sky television service. It worked fine for the first six months. Now, from last month onwards, I am getting the message saying "Insert Digicard". There is no transmission of any channels, but the money is being deducted continuously.
I tried calling the customer care numbers 1860-425-6633, 0177-2656699 and 0177-2657699, but none of the numbers responds to the calls. I have held the calls for over an hour & all I hear is some advertisement or the other. On local numbers, no customer care executive responds to the calls though the bell keeps ringing. The customer care is highly irresponsible and inadvertent.
I have had a very bad experience with Tata Sky. It is really dissappointing to have such a poor service from a brand like TATA.

 

Solution of your complaintThey should fix the problem and refund me the amount that was deducted when the service was not provided. A strict action must be taken against the staff that are responsible for this nuisance.
