I complained about my loss of zim in Airetel thru cutomer care.
I am not sure whether they banned the old zim. They had given me a duplicate zim (from Hosur Road AirTel Office)and they told within 1 hour it will activate. After 1 week it is not yet activated. I called customer care and contatced Airtel office more than 10 times . But still no response from their side .
