I have been using reliance broadband connection A/c no. 100000106606949. In the month of May 2008, the bill is charged for the usage which actually I have not used (Rs. 5092) and also they have barred my connection. I have called the reliance customer care & registerd a complaint for which they told that their person will get back to me within 72 hrs. But till now they have not called me regarding this issue. Unfortuantely, I could not follow up with them as I was very busy and also I have missed the complaint number given by them.
Therafter, my connection was never restored till now but i keep on receiving bills every month with extra amount. Also, i had requested them to terminate my connection which has not happened till now.
On August 13th 2008, a person from reliance called me & said that if I pay Rs.2200 as full & final settlement amount then they will terminate my connection. I had paid the amount on 13.10.2008 itself. But still my connection is not terminated and I am receiving bills every month.
Now when I call them regarding this, they are telling there are no complaints registered at all by me. Unfortunately, i dont have the complaint numbers.
Also, now they are threatning me that they will take legal action against me.
I am suffering a lot due to the poor services provided by reliance. I am going through a mental trauma due to these people who dont know how to do service.
Please help me to resolve this issue immediately.
