I bought the mobile handset N 82 and was pretty happy about it. the dealer wavetel is a good service Provider from where i bought this handset and not only this handset but many other handsets also have been brought from here.

Th problem started when in September is after 5 months of good service my Mobile handset gave problem . Its key pad was not functioning properly and the Camera was not working . I bought this mobile for the camera. Otherwise it was perfect.

As advised i went to nokia Priority care in Tambaram as i stay around tambaram. I went to the company (PORR &Sons) on the 29th . After checking the handset i was told that SIr the handset will be sent to head office and pls come after a week. Then again the service person called me on the 30th and said that the handset has been sent to the Mount road Branch and i can get it on the 7th of October.

I went on the 7th of October only to be told that The handset was irrepairable and there fore the company will give you a New handset but it will take sometime i was happy at least iw ould be getting a new handset though have to wait .

On the 17th that is exactly after 10 days i got a call from The Nokia care people informing me that a new handset has been sent from the head office and i can collect it .

I went today that is 18th and when i went there i was shocked to get an Old N82 replacement but somehow the service rep convinced me and said the company has kept a repaired handset and has allotted you if any problem please do come again.

After getting the mobile i came home found lot of problem.The red eye of the Camera mobile is always on and due to that the mobile is becoming hot and the mobile is not a good one the panel is loose and not at all happy with the attention that Nokia is given  

Solution of your complaint. I would appreciate If my complaint is put to NOKIA and iam being compensated with a new mobile handset N82 or else if that is not possible refund My 19000.00 that i spent to buy this mobile . My faith will agin be reposed in Nokia 
Action I really dont know what action i can take but want that my complaint is addressed to properly. i want this complaint to be shown to NOKIA and strict action taken against the nokia care centre for cheating. would be happy if i can get a new handset as promised as its in the warranty period that My mobile was spoiled Kindly take action severest one against the customer care of Noika in tambaram. the number is 044-42112897
