Call Centre Executive, Varsha form Refund Department, Bangalore
I purchased the Air Deccan Ticket on 22 Jan 2006 for travel between Delhi and bangalore.On 26th Jan 2006 i cancelled the ticket through call centre. Diring the cancellation, their system got some technical error and i was told that the transaction is on mid way and i was given a case no- 7174.I was told that it will be done in maximum 14 days.After that i am following with them twice every week but call centre people says its under process and has gone to IT department. Someone says its gone to Accounts department.And one of the executive even said that it has been cleared from air deccan and its the banks fault. I tried calling Ms Varsha in Refund Dept of Airdeccan (her number is 080-51148190 extn 5087). Someone at that extn says that my case is under process. Regarding Ms Varsha i was told that she works in the night shift and in the night shift no body picks up the phone.
I sent 2 mails to varsha and firstname.lastname@example.org but didnt get any reply. Worst thing is if i call to call centre, the average waiting time is around 30 mins.
I am planning to go to consumer court if not it gets resolved. I was very lenient with the thought that Mr Gopinath is doing good work with low cost airlines.But this doesnt mean that we accept such cases and keep quite. Moreover my credit card late payment has also started.
