I got 2 t shirts as gifts on 04/10/08 but due to a mis match in the size i had to exchange it which was done. While coming out of the store after the transactions was over, the security PULLED ME IN as the anti theft buzzer beeped at the exit door. I was taken aback by the behaviour of the security personnel. It was so embarrassing. I believe he was doing his job but the way he was doing it was very incorrect as i felt he was stopping a thief. I felt my image was tampered. I wanted to talk to the manager about the incident, the Head Cashier intervened and tried to explain the scenario. I told him that i did understand that the security personnel was doing his job but it was not done in the right fashion. The cashier guy aplologized but i was not convinced as i felt that my image was dampemed by the act. Then a couple of other staffs came into the scene making it more confusing. They tried to snatch the packet from my hand to remove the security tag from the T-shirts, but i did not allow them to. After conversing for an hour and not getting any solution i informed them that i will certainly report it to the Consumer court/forum. So here i am, with alot of hope. I have the security tags, pictures and the bill to prove the above mentioned facts.

What do you think should be the best solution for hampering someones image in public or otherwise?
