sir,
i submitted my nokia 1200 last month at rewari service centre.the phone was dead.they told me that the phone will be sent to company for repair.after ten days i went to collect,they gave me the set but when i tried to switch it "on".i found it dead.they took the job sheet and made a new one and said that it will be sent to bangalore company again and gave me a time of one weekwith new date on job sheet.one week later they refused for the set saying that they hane not recieved it from company and gave me another one week time.the next week i reached the service center they returned me the dead set saying that the set is in liquid log.and cannot be repaired in warranty.i refused to agree.
at the same time i saw an employee washing a set under the water camper inside the service centre.the same time i was talking to an executive at bangalore customer care,i told the same to him but could not prove.
i want to know if my set was in liquid log how did they got it back from company first time.and if it can be repaired on cost then why not in warranty.it is possible that same washing could have happened with my set.
