I purchased the cell phone 5310-1GB in june 2008. It worked well for two and a half months . The memory card stopped working first. It was immediately replaced by the nokia priority dealer where it was brought. A few days later the bluetooth fuction could not be switched on . I was advised to give the set at Nokia care as there was some "software problem". The set was returned to me the same day saying the problem was fixed but the bluetooth was still not working . I then found that the battery charge was not lasting even one day and even if the phone was fully charged in the morning it would switch off by evening due to no battery. I again went to nokia care and after waiting for two and a half hours was informed to go to another centre as they didnot have the "higher version " software. I then went to the dealer who said he would replace the battery but I refused to take it as I thought the there was more than just a battery problem. I then asked the Nokia care person to send both the phone and the battery to the company for a full evaluation . I was then rudely asked to immediately provide a photocopy of the reciept . The dealer then provided me with a duplicate reciept which I have submitted.  

Solution of your complaintIf a phone start having problems so soon and if it cannot be fixed immediately Nokia has to consider replacement. I have been told that it will take 25-30 days for my phone to come back from the company I should be provided with a standby phone. Services at nokia care should be streamlined so a person doesnt have to spend a whole day just to be told that the job cant be dont there  
ActionI expect and hope that my problem is solved . I would not liked to be forced to go for lawful action
