I am prepaid mobile customer of AIRTEL. For past 3 months the connectivity for mobile has been reducing rapidly and currently it always shows no network indoors. I am staying at NIMHANS, Hosur road, Bangalore.
Despite repeated complaits to the company nothing has been done except assurances that it will be done in the next 48 hrs etc.
And to top it all they have blocked the complaint no 198 from my mobile.
AIRTEL deserves to sink and as a service provider it has failed terribly.
|Solution of your complaint||To put a tower in the area or increase the capacity of the existing ones
|Action||I will change service provider. There is lot of choice here. |
