I had got a call by an agent after sending the SMS which apperared on TV. The girl gave me all details and I repeatedly asked her if thr is any offer but tht lady very convinently forgot a major offer.

Thr is an offer for HDFC credit card users.. Pay 999*9months u get data card free..with unlimited plan

I took this connection recently on 26th sep '08 and i got to know abt this offer just 1 day later when i opened the reliance website and I WAS SHOCKED.

I have paid 2800/- for data card + 1500 every month as my plan of unlimited thus in a yr I am paying 20, 800 - 2 months unlimited offer which reliance has given

so my total yr expense is 17, 800

where I could get the same benifit using my card at
999*9months = 8991 + 1500 * 3 months ( plan)=13, 491 with data card free.

I don think any customer would like to loose out a huge money of
4, 300/-

I have given complaints on

the details of the agents are:-

called up the agents/reliance office... but its just disgusting tht reliance is not bothered.

Sent mails to reliance customercare and nodal office did not get any reply...

Does reliance think that customers are fool to spend huge money when thr is a offer and a mistake from ur end tht you ppl did not inform it... when i asked the agent on why she did not tell me abt the offer : she very convinently says I did not know madam u have a card and also our branch does not support it"

Do you mean to say that the SMS I sent I would know which branch would contact me...

I just want my problem to be resolved.... as my offer plan is getting over and I feel SICK LIKE A BEGGER TO ASK U PPL TO SOLVE IT... infat you ppl should have taken the initiative to solve it ur self..

Solution of your complaintWell Seriously if i had to take this decision def I would either ask her to pay all her bills thru HDFC and give her the offer scheme and redeem the datacard and extra money spent. else if that would not be possible I would have given her an extended 3 months unlimited free as then it would come up to same cost loss (4300/- ) (1500*3 4500). This would satisfy the customer that they r not at any loss... and would be satisfied and contended that they are not loosing any HARD EARNED MONEY of thrs. 
ActionWell thr is a big campaign running all over JAGO JRAHAK JAGOO.... Def I would lodge a complain in tht and would c to it I am giving justice to what I have told and asked. If it was my fault I would have not bothered but the fault is from Reliance side and no person in this world would like to loose out thr money.
