I had recently bought a Wagon r 1 month back and after two weeks of that one bull had hit on the bonnet of my car and therefore my car got dented. On 12 March 2006 i.e yesterday when i took it to my Dealer i.e Saya Automobiles Workshop for Service and asked him about the dent then he said that I will have to leave the car with him there will be a charge of Rs 500 for Insurance processing charges. He took the car immediately to Badli(for inspection I suppose). After a few minutes I recieved a call on my cell from Badli saying that the headlight of my Car has also got broken and the cost of which is around Rs3300 and half of that will have to be born by me. The headlight of my car was never broken there was only a small dent on it then why I am being asked to pay for it.

 

Solution of your complaintI am being unnecessary charged. I know very well that there is only a small dent in my car. The Surveyor is uselessly charging me for the headlight just to make his money. 
ActionI will do whatever I have to do to get the justice.
