This is in continuation of my earlier complaint, whereby I have brought into your notice that the PC purchased by me with the following details:-
Product : LG My PC-Intel P 4 / AMD Athlon/Duron
Model : P3323XUT-LO4ARPIBC10217
Serial No : 610NLNC000567
Purchase Date : 06.12.2006
Invoice No : 01387
The aforesaid PC was bought from DIKSHA Computers, SCO 12, Ground Floor, Sector 20, Chandigarh. The Monitor of the said PC has gone out of order in the last month and the same was got repaired from your service centre at Chandigarh. the said Monitor is not performing upto its standard requirements in as much as the Videos stored in my PC are not being viewed with utmost clarity. despite, the brightness value in the Monitor has been enhanced to its maximum. the Service Engineers has miserably failed to bring the Monitor compatibale to its original postition. the said fault has occured within One and half year from its purchase, wheras the warrranty is for the 3 years. I I had purchsed the PC of your company with a strong belief that the same will worth the money i spent on it otherwise therewere other options vaialbel to get the PC assemebeled at the much cheaper rates. such an undeisrable fault and that too in avery short spsan cannot be expected from such a barnded company like you and it will definitely undermibe your goodwill in the market. I therfore expect that my request needs to be honoured will dignity and u will atleast contanct me at the eraliest.
