I had taken DTH SUN TV connection on 7-8-2008.There is no signal for the past 5 days. Day in and out i have been complaining to their local service station.But of no use. they wish to shift location of dish which was installed 2 months ago at a place of their choice,and they want me to pay the cost of cable etc for shifting.I declined to pay as it was instlled by them at their choice,and i see no logic to compensate their tech incompetance.I also reported to their call center.Though they agreed to get it doneas itis in guaranteeperiod ,but it seems nobody cares them..Infact local office tried with its technician and even the distorted pictures wich we were getting..
