Dear Sir,
My new wagon-R"s 3rd service was due and it was having some starting problem, while it
was taken for the service at Rohan Motors at Dehradun ,I told told the supervisor about this problem after the service Mr Kaithaith told that the problem is resolved, but just after 2-3 days i was to leave Dehradun to meerut, in meerut the same problem came again and the car got stuck 3-4 times in mid-market, i contacted at Rohan(DDN) their Mr.Pranav Bhardwaj (Service Head) told me to get the problem rectified at Tanya Automobile(Maruti Authorised serivce Centre) Meerut , from here the carelessness of Maruti Employees comes into picture, there (At Tanya Automobile)Maruti people didnt took the problem seriously at all, and without any inspection and any checkup they just changed the switch which was under warrenty . And told that problem is been reslved now. Service Manager Mr. Sharma also had look at the problem but that was just for the formality. But just after 2 hrs the problem was same (till now).
This means they have wasted a switch of Rs.800/ of Maruti and also broken the beleive of me and my family on Maruti, I am having 2 cars of Maruti and was planning to take another higher model of Maruti Itself , but from now my impression of Maruti is really getting worse.
As a faithful customer and well wisher of Maruti i request u to take some immediate action on this matter. 

Solution of your complaintSome Action Against Service Manager, Supervisior and Mechanic. 
ActionI am not going to take my next car of Maruti.
