I have requested for termination of my airtel service (Mobile No: 9960711108) due to various reasons after a little more than 1 year of association with it. I have cleared all the amount till that time during the request for closure. But, to my suprise i received a bill from Airtel with monthly rentals and calls. I approached to the Viman nagar branch, Pune where i made a request for closure of service. They raised a request and on communicating with call center guy i asked to send the itemised charges with call details if any from the time i made a complete settlement at the time of requesting for termination of services. i have not received any update from the telecommunication service provider. Though the amount as per bill sent to me is of just 300 odd ruppees(Including the monthly rentals) i dont want any sort of outstanding amount from my end at the same time i will not pay extra charges lieved to me as communicated to call center person. so could you please ensure that itemised bill from the time of final settlement if any is sent to at the earliest.
