Booked a new refrigerator on 18 oct by giving advance -cheque no295694 of sbi bank.The salse person mr Bhola assured that delivery will be made within 2-3 days , but even after 7 days i have not heard any thing from them . When contacted the dilivery dept .the concerned incharge mr. swapnesh is not available, i was told that he is on leave. The lady who is handling the work is not able to tell me the exact date because it seems that she could not find my records on thier systems.Even after calling 5 times tey are giving the same reply that 'we will get back to you ' I am totaly frustated now , I wondering how a reputed co.like Godrej can do this to its new customers. If this is their way of doing bussiness , i am afraid what quality of service they will give ?
Solution of your complaint
1.I want my money back(the booking amount ) if they are are not in position to find my application.
2.Rs.10,000 toward damages as i have to postpone my holidays.
