I had logged a complaint to replace picture tube of my TV on 20th October 2008. They picked up my TV on 23rd October 2008. Since then there has been no news on any developments. Everytime I would call up customer care centre they would tell me that they would arrange a call back within 2 hours. I have been relentlessly trying to get feedback on the status of my TV but to no avail. I did not expect such a pedestrian service from a Brand like SAMSUNG.
Had I known this before I would have rather sold that TV to scrap instead of enduring so much pain and tension. SAMSUNG SERVICE SUCKS.
|Solution of your complaint||Somebody could just call me up and tell when will my TV get repaired and why is the delay. |
|Action||If I dont get a reply back by today evening I will sue them in the consumer court. |
