Hi,
I had purchased a Samsung SCH-S399 CDMA Mobile on 13/7/2008. After exaclt 12 days suddenly my Incoming and outgoing calls were not working. Then i had been to Samsung Service Center on 26/7/2008 where i was said there is some problem with Board and we need to send this to Banglore where it would be repaired. I asked them for ETA, they said it would take maximum 15-20 days.Tried to call them several times but no proper reply from them. But till data i haven't received the mobile. Please suggest in this case where shall we escalate such issues.

Solution of your complaintJust want my mobile. 
ActionLast step would be Consumer court, where the reimbursement would be 10% per day from the date it was submitted to service Center.
