Hi, I had purchased a Samsung SCH-S399 CDMA Mobile on 13/7/2008. After exaclt 12 days suddenly my Incoming and outgoing calls were not working. Then i had been to Samsung Service Center on 26/7/2008 where i was said there is some problem with Board and we need to send this to Banglore where it would be repaired. I asked them for ETA, they said it would take maximum 15-20 days.Tried to call them several times but no proper reply from them. But till data i haven't received the mobile. Please suggest in this case where shall we escalate such issues.

Last step would be Consumer court, where the reimbursement would be 10% per day from the date it was submitted to service Center.
