i had applied for new reliance broadband connection and i had also paid Rs. 500/- to another customer care executive K. RAKESH KUMAR(9341135222) on 17 sept. 2008.
But my application has been rejected because of address proof.I am a student in indian institute of science, bangalore-560012 that is why i don't have a valid address proof. After that they told me that you will get your money back within one month.
I clled many times to the mary(9341134000) but she is not receiving my call.I have been send a mail to "firstname.lastname@example.org" but i did not get a satisfactory answer. I have also called on 30337777. They have given me four numbers:- 080-32448801/02/03/04. But these all numbers also coming switched off.I got very much irritated.What should i do?
