I am silver credit card holder of ICICI bank.
In my statement dated 10th May 2005 showed 3 transactions with reference ids: 74332745116511510245898, 74164525129000000166305, and 74311195129000000009897. Total Amount: Rs.2861
I made a payment for the same (Rs.2861). This was shown in the next statement dated 10/06/2005. But in this statement there was an additional entry for amount Rs. 1049 (transaction details: Arvind Brands, Date: 07/05/2005) Please note that this entry does not have any reference number.
Also for every transaction I make, I get reward points, if this was a valid entry; the reward points should have been credited to my account. But this has not happened.
I am very much sure this additional transaction has not been done, and it is a definite mistake.
I called up customer care in July. They have taken down my complaint and given me the request number as mentioned in the subject (Service Request 1006517529). and also they told me to send a fax to

I did the same on 21st July requesting the concerned person to look into it and update me on my email id the same as I was leaving for abroad. I didnt get any response on this. When I came back from abroad in december once again I called up customer care and came to know the the verdict(given by ICICI bank) has been given in favour of ICICI bank itself for this bill dispute and supporting document has already been sent to me. For your kind information I have not got any document yet inspite of calling the customer care again and again.(Called up customer care again in January and February, Average waiting time for calling CC is 30 mins).
Above all they have started taking interest and late fine and sending the reminder to me for the payment of the amount.

Solution of your complaintICICI bank should resolve this dispute as soon as possible otherwise there is no use of its punchline........"HUM HAIN NA" 
ActionI am planning to move to consumer court if it does not get resolved.
