I have been complaining from past 15 days that my RO (filter) is not working. My complain is dated 16 oct 08 and my complain no is M59023 but there is no response from any executive. no one has come to service it.
they give so many tall claims while purchasing it but are really bad and just give cold ear to customer woes.
|Solution of your complaint||they should be handsomely penalised for not reverting to past 15 days so that each time they pay, it pinches them and pepople responsible for servicing answers to the management why they have been negligent |
