firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com, AIR DECCAN Call centre employees
On 13th February, i was buying a n AIR DECCAN ticket online(www.airdeccan.net) from Hyderabad to Chennai. Due to some technical error in their website i could not confirm the ticket. But to my surprise the airticket price was deducted from my citibank account. I called their call centre repeatedely(CASE NUMB ER 8861) and they assured me that the money would be refunded in 14 working days. After again calling repeatedely after 14 working days they asked me to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Its that day and today, i have sent many mails to them, they dont bother replying. They have urned a deaf ear They are bent upon not refunding my money. I am suffering from mntal agony due to their behaviour
I would be very grateful if you could help me in refunding my money through your website. I have read many complaints from many people that AIR DECCAN tries to swallow the money in such circumstances.
