THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 6 MONTHS DISH NETWORK HAS TRIED TO SEND A NEW RECEIVER I NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHEN CONTACTING UPS I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT WAS AN UNDILVERABLE ADDRESS I LIVE ON A STATE HWY. WITH ADDRESS VISIBLE. THEY CANNOT FIND MY HOUSE BUT YET ARE ABLE TO MAIL ME A POSTCARD ( SAME ADDRESS) POSTCARD UNABLE TO READ D/T POSSIBLY INK OUT OF PRINTER!!! POSTCARD POSTMARKED ABILENE ON 20TH RETURNED MY PACKAGE ON 21ST
