Bad customer care service
Now it's time to say that Videocon TV division has the worst customer care service. I purchased a LCD Model No: Integra 27 on 30.01.2008 from Navrang Audio and Video (P) Ltd., D-10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092. On Aug.2008 our LCD had a color problem which was intimated to the customer care service(My complaint no. is 5S0010808130030) at Delhi. The customer care service sent a representative after three weeks who after evaluation told us that the Tuner card of the LCD has given way & required to be replaced. With a promise to come prepared for the repair the next day the man never returned. Now its 3rd November 2008, more than three months has passed with at least 50-60 reminders the customer care division has been totally insensitive to the request. The only reply we get is that somebody will visit our place by evening than the next day & this series continues
I dont know why they harrasing their customers...?
So I am very upset about this matter, what the hell services they providing to their customers..? I m sure that in future I m not going to buy any product from their company as per my experience untill i dont get any good response from their side.
