My Phone no is 98941 40040
My SIM card no is 89919 40000 08735 58911

For the last two days I am getting a message of SIM card registration failed. So I called the customer service (4/11/2008 11:15 am ) they told me various reasons for this message and asked me to go to the airtel showroom to get the duplicate SIM card by producing identity proof and Rs.150. I traveled around 10 KM and reached the MG Road center and asked for the duplicate SIM. To my surprise they told me 98941 40040 is active and they said the SIM card no is different from the one what I am having with me. The lady in the prepaid counter told me contact customer care again as she cannot give the duplicate one.

From the showroom itself I contacted customer care and gave the phone it to the lady in the prepaid counter. Both had a serious conversation for more than 20 minutes and finally the unit head of customer care Ms.Sujatha raj came in line and rescued them. She asked me wait for 30 minutes time to rectify the issue. She has taken my reliance no for effective communication. ( The clock in the show room was showing 1:20 pm) From their conversation I understand that by some wrong entry my SIM card no has been migrated to some other phone no.

At 1430 I called again customer care Sujatha and understand that she has avoided me and again called at 1700 hrs. By the time she had left for the day. The representative Rena asked me wait to wait for 2 more hours . TODAY ALSO I called twice but in vein. Kindly let me know what is to be done next.

I am highly disappointed by the service provided to me.I am really fed up of all this mess I am experiencing in this cell connection. If they treat your customer like this I am sure you will be loosing all u r valuable customers in future.


Solution of your complaint energizing my mobile. But I am sure they will cheat me
