I am making regular calls regarding unusual jump in my daily billing but the reply given to me was to wait till end of my bill cycle wich was ended and the problem remained unresolved.when today self contacted to customer care first call was disconnected in between and on second call i was told that the system was down whenever we call or complain the answer is SYSTEM IS DOWN PLS CALL AFTER 1 OR 2 HOURS.today even i was refused for transfer the line to CANCELLATION DEPT for clarification in the last month also i was told to pay the full bill and the credit was given later on why should we make the payent first and get CREDIT letter. The jumping in billing has stared in this month also as per sms on 04/11/08 my unbilled amt was Rs.1.30 and the sms on 05/11/2008 jumped to Rs.33/- i just fail to undestand. kindly give me reasons to continue with esteem reputed AIRTEL HIREN DESAI 9967068351 hirenbdesai@yahoo.co.in 

Solution of your complaintI must get the credit for Rs 225/- for the bill 03/10/2008 to 02/11/08 and again for the jump of Rs.32/ on 04/11/2008 and assurance for future  
ActionI will have no option but to discontinue my all the no"s with AIRTEL
