I bought a product (gold and Silver medallions) for nearly Rs 30,000 on 14th Feb,2008 and have paid another Rs. 2300 for P&H. The company claims to deliver your product with 5 weeks of your date of registration. It has been nearly 9 months and I have not received my product as yet. I made an online transaction through my credit card and therefore the money got transferred immediately in their account. I raised a request for the same telling them to deliver my product to which their only reply is that they are investigating. Finally when I raised a request that I don't need this product and refund me my money back, the request was marked as duplicate and closed.
I don't need that product after 9 months. I needed to gift it to someone who already expired last week. Please help me with th same.
