Tried booking through mail, Mumbai to Dehli. on the 5th March 2006. My credit card was debited twice, but the airline declined the confirmation of the booking. Not confirmation for the booking was received ever.. When I approached Deccanair Mumbai Airport booking counter I was told the booking has been done twice for the same flight in the same names. I requested for full refund as I had booked on another Airline already as Airdeccan did not send any SMS on my cell or mail to my account for the confirmation.
The staff at the counter refused to give full refund saying that they can only give us 90%, inspite of the fact that the error was on the part of the Airline. The refund PNR Number : DAO4044588 and Dao4062341. I request the balance amount of 10% be refunded as I am not at fault.

Solution of your complaintRefunf full amount as it was an error on the part of the Air deccan. 
ActionHave sent a complaint to my Bank to recover the amount from the Airline.
