Dear Sir / Mam,
This is to inform you that we had taken a Tata Indicab from Concorde motors, Velachery. For this vehicle we had applied and recd the loan from Cholamandalam in the name of my mother Ms.Rajeshwari Ramamoorthy.
More than 3 months over, but till date we had not recd the proper document from Cholamandalam, like Welcome letter, Loan repayment schedule etc. Currently we had paid 3 months instalement amount.
And the concern person, who has arranged the loan from Cholamandalam Mr. Suresh 9841006204, He his not giving the proper response and every time he said to us that he will arrange the doc within 2 days, 3 days, week etc, We not got the solution for this issue. We had informed to him orally many times that, If we not recd the doc from Cholamandalam, we will make stop payment to the bank. Still no response from Mr. Suresh.

we had taken 2 vehicle loan already in the name of my mother and paid without any default, And honestly I am saying that now days we are not happy on your service. Service level is very worst.
|Solution of your complaint||Customer service should required. And every case should take utmost very carefull, from Starting to end of the case. But for target, some of the Executive like mr.Suresh taking the doc from customer and he not at bother to call the customer. Each and every time we have to call for all the things.
Their superirors should check what is happening, Customer has stastfied or not. This are the main reason, company reputation is spoiling |
