I am a consumer of BSNL prepaid Cellular service. My Mobile No is : 9433105955 and 9433388739. I regularly recharge my connection and I am using this connections from more than 2 years. In January 2006, I recaharge Rs 3306/- ( One year validity) for my 9433388739 no & Rs 1102/- ( 4 months validity ) for my 9433105955 no. But since then I have lots of problems coming in the connections. Few Problems are sited below :
1) Call Drop within 10 seconds
2) Wrong Number connections.
3) While my mobile is on, still it conveys message that "the number you are dialling is switched off".
4) Sending SMS to a Relaiance Number is not possible, though BSNL charges money for it.
I have called their operator and complained number of times but all of them gone in vain. Every time they tell me to adjust the mobile to "manual network selection" and that is it.
I have to call numerous times to call a single number and never can I speak the whole conversation at a single go. Every Time 2-3 time it will cut within 10 seconds. In this way I am losing lots of money as well as prestige in my circle. It is also hampering my business a lot as many important details I am not receiving in time.
Although repeated complaints given to the customer support nothing has changed. I am looking forward to you for help in this matter, so that as a consumer what can I do to get rid of this problem.
