Dear Janakiram,

I wish to state that without any intimation by means of letter / processing=
my application entitles the attraction of consumer forum. You have never i=
ntimated this earlier however the deduction of processing fee as you call i=
s irrelevant as the servixe provided by you is insufficient innature. lastl=
y i have to approach this matter in consumer forum for cheating the custome=
r for loan sanction.=20

Your services is poor and not upto the mark in terms of customer satisfacti=
on. As such you have to refund the amount paid by me along with penalty cha=
rges for default of more than 4 months in waiting to hear for sanction of l=
aon amount.

Solution of your complaintNo refund of my amount although it is deducted from bank. Now they say this processing charges / legal 
Actioni have to approach the court for settlement as this is unfair to the customer. No letter or info on this. All the time i have to keep track of the problem
