I have requested for shifting of the connection(VC.NO 01505642263) from one room to another room and agreed to pay the charges of Rs 225 (including the tax) a week ago, till now it has not been done.

Your service guy has visited on 8/11/2008 around 3PM and told that he could not do the shifting because heís not authorized to make a hole, in order to pull out the cable. And he said you need to get in touch with the electrician to make the hole, and he assured that heíll come on Sunday to complete it. When I called him on Sunday he said that he was on leave so heíll on Monday, but he did not turned up. I have paid the charges for the complete 1 year and unable to use your service. i donít understand why your technicians are not equipped to do the installation. Your service guys are calling me saying that itíll be today, but at the end of the day nothing is done. I am not expecting this type of service after paying full year subscription.
