Ive applied for BSNL broadband connection three months back. I got the landline instrument in the next one week. But, it is still dead i.e., no dial tone. I registered this complaint in their IVR.
I called the BSNL employee whi gave me the connection.
Then finally i called their Asst General Manager(PR) at 08022862345 and he gave the DE number 08022931852. But, no one responds for my call.
The problem is,
For the dead connection I got bill of RS 1069
I got to know my landline number only from the bill. (08025274902)
