Please note that my hard earned money spent on purchase of the Sterling King Bed against order no. 25451 dated:- 19th May 2008 for Rs. 31,900/= from Nilkamal Ltd. Purchased at their sale office @ home 28/3/3, Site-IV, Shaifabad, Ghaziabad has gone totally waste due to defective material.
The packing of material was little damp at the time of delivery and the same was ignored. Within 10 days I requested company people to dismantle the bed so that whatsoever dampness was there would get dry. To my surprise, with every passing day the wood kept on bulging and started losing its shape.
I immediately contacted company people and discussed the matter with their sales staff and concerned executives like Ms. Muskan, Ms Shruti, Mr. Dheeraj, Mr. Nitin and Mr. Anil. I was promised for replacement of bed and advised me to keep patience. Each one of them kept me waiting for two to three weeks, which I ultimately understood was just an excuse to procrastinate the matter. This matter was brought to the notice of Ms. Pooja Nadar at the Mumbai office, she also kept on delaying the matter and at the end of 21 days told me that she canít be of any help. I even took the dismantled bed to their showroom at Ghaziabad on Deepawali day and spent whole day standing outside their showroom. At 5 in the evening their staff called police and started threatening me and I was forced to leave with damaged material.
Itís been six months now, I am totally distressed, and feel cheated, humiliated and harassed by this kind of callous attitude of M/s Neelkamal Ltd. I humbly request to kindly look into the matter and provide a complete solution for settlement of matter, for which I shall remain always obliged.
