I purchased Nokia N70 Music Edition on 22nd Nov 2007. Since that day mobile worked for around 4 months and after that it started creating problem...
1. Hanging problem. 2. Restarting again and again. 3. No voice from the caller. 4. No video.
Then I went to Noida Nokia care and they took my mobile and gave me one jobsheet and after a week they sent a message that mobile is working fine but when I inserted my card in front of them it was not working. The same problem was still there. They again took my mobile and gave me aother jobsheet. After a week again received one message that mobile is working fine and I can go and collect. I went and took my mobile back. It worked for 2-3 hours.
Same day I shifted to Lajpat Nagar and there I went to Nokia care again and they told that there is a white fluid inside that mobile and they will not repair it. I again went to Noida Nokia care and they denied to take it and resolve the issue.
I called up Consumer voice in the month of Aug end and they sent lot of mails to Nokia but they never replied. Yesterday Consumer Voice sent me a mail that Nokia is not replying so I can go to consumer court now as my all the documents are valid and I can get a new mobile from Nokia. I am requesting you to please take care of this issue as I have wasted lot of time and money on same.

Nokia should provide me new mobile or atleast repair the mobile that I do have, as mobile is still in warranty period.
