This is to bring you to kind notice that i had purchased a new wagan r on 9 Jun 08 from JC MOTOR AMRITSAR (PUNJAB) and during my first service which i had taken from concern showroom my service book and tool kit was lost at that time i concern to authorise person in show room and he told "me dnt worry ur recordhas been updated with us we will provide your pending services without any hudles".
But know when i asked to reissue service book or service coupons they refuse to do this and force me to get pending services from their showroom.

i explain them i belong from private sector and i will be transfer to delhi so it is not possibe for me to come back to ur show room regarding my service.

So request you to please look into this matter and resolve it asap.
