i purchased videocon fully automatic washing machine from kalayani Electronic & appliance secondrabad ,A.P on 13th Feb 2008.In the month of April its dirt accumulating filter lever stand came out during washing and one end of the holding clip broken due manufacturing crack(i belive)
I registered the complaint ,techinician visited the house and told me he has to change the part.,then
told me it will take one week.After 15 days i had done follow up no result .As on today after
7 months no result.i was transferred to Delhi in the month of May 2008.No one uses this washing machine .My rented home i kept paying rent form for 5 months only to keep the damaged washing and its repair.
i contacted several times Mr. Chandarsekhar,Mr Srinivasan,Ms.Rajitha ,even I visited their service center twice when and then i visited hyderabad.i visited Kalayani electronics hyderbad ,but result so far.My losses are very high.
on Nov 2nd i transported the washing machine to their service center and requested them to repair the same when they feel.
i have no option expect to leave the washing machine to them.Now I am in Delhi.I went to Hyderabad 5 times to get this washing machine serviced.My one flight charge alone is more than the cost of this washing machine .so i donated videocon the WM to their service center.

|Action||I will approach the consumer court .If my mood is changing i will do what ever the goodaisam i feel |
