Customer care Airtel Dear sir, This is very unfortunate to let you know that we are not getting the proper service from the net since inastallation.We had a very good idea aboutn the service of the airtel. Now we realise it is the most worst service which we are suffering. We have repeatedly lodged complain about the fault to various person of your concern. The person are the followings 1> RAJA BOSE (M) : 98310493722> RANA SARKAR (M) : 98313382083>SOUMAN (M) 9831175865& 4> A. SAHA (M) ; 9831049811 On 7th of November 4( four) person from your concern came to the office & asked about the fault It was a very surprising matter to me the person who came to repair the fault is does not what is the fault.Is it a child paly? if you are interested to make business with our company that try to rectify & repair the fault within 48 hours otherwise i shall compell to arrance for a new connection in other company.
