At Bangalore through phone I lodged a complaint on 9-10-2008 for non working of my IFB Microoven (which was purchased 10 months back). Promptly I received the complaint ticket No. 2274938 on 9-10-2008 from the help dest and with in one week a engineer promptly visited my house and told that a door beeding and spring has to be changed and as it is in warranty period he assured of bringing the spares and correct the mistakes with in two days. Even after lapse of more than one month neither the engineer has come nor my Microoven is repaired. Always when I contact the help line and also the local regional office ( a number given by the helpline 080 41277425, 9844227580), I get the steriotypic reply even after one month that the spares are not yet received. Is it the way of a so called reputed (claimed) company should deal with customer service after sales. I shall be glad if your interference help me for redressal of my complaint.
Solution of your complaint
I have already sufferred by the non operation of the new micro oven. I think only their immediate act for repair will end my plight and satisfy my complaint.
If I am push to wall, definitely, I will nock the doors of the consumer redressal forum.
