I had book a I-Ticket for my wife and daughter for journeying dtd. 16-11-2008 (bookied on dtd.17-10-2008) bearing PNR No.6320229448.
I am surprised to come to know that without my knowledge the same ticket showing my daughters ticket cancelled on 15-11-2008 at 12.48PM.
When today morning I contact with customer service people at Delhi they informed that from your Login ID ticket cancelled. When I asked them to give me the IP address they informed me that they do not have the same. That means they have no recurity. Even they have not send me any mail regarding cancellation of ticket.
If the said ticket cancelled where is the refund money? I have checked my account and the refund money not yet deposited in my account.
