I have taken a satellite radio connection from
world space with receiver ID no: 229182 by paying Rs. 1999 and Rs. 250 for
installation. The product is out of order after using for one and a
half months. THe product is covered by warranty period. Inspite of giving
several complaints, the product is not repaired till date. I tried in
vain to contact the service department but the customer service is very bad.
The company is cheating the public with fancy advertisements in media
and supplying defective equipment to consumers which will last only for a
short period. They are collecting the monthly rental for 3 months in
advance for the radio reception and since the radio becomes defective
after a short use there is loss to the consumer.
Consequences : Lost Rs. 1999 due to the defective equipment supplied.
Loss of productive time and money of the self due to phoning up the service
officials several times. Frustration and mental agony due to loss of
