My BB bill shows that I have downloaded 3 GB and 2 GB on 10th oct and 11th Oct 2008 at morning 8:37 on both days.
I have not done any such huge downloads ever. Specially in Morning I do not access net.
How can I get my bill revised. 

Solution of your complaintThey have to revert charges for these download from my bill.
