My son bought basket ball and got cracked and bursted in span of three months. Given for replacement and was kept at show room for one month and when personnaly visited the response was very shocking. The show room manager started missbehaving and shoouting and insulted me in front of other customers and his show room assistants. 

Solution of your complaintGive replacement and also they need to give counsling to there staff or representatives. 
ActionWill continue the same and will try to find all the ways and will recomend to my all the knowns not to buy reebok products.
