I had given two cars for servicing at K.D. Motors, Jodhpur. both, the cars are Alto. I was told to come in the evening and collect the cars. When i went to collect the cars i was given the bills and was asked to sign the bill. While i was trying to go through the bill i was again asked by another chap standing next to the counter to sign it first and then go through it. After signing, i was handed over the car keys and i found that one of the key chains was broken. On asking, how did it happen i was very rudely told by the above mentioned employee that we give things in the same condition as it comes to us. This was refuted by me to which he started arguing till another employee came and said that the keychain was intact while taking the car.
On checking the bills i noticed that tail lamps were claimed to be changed of both the cars and they had the same problem. This was absolutely wrong as one car was checked just one day prior and all the lights were working. And what a co-incidence that both the car's tail lamps were fused and also the sockets were not working.
In one car i was also told that the assembly of one of the glass of the rear door was changed because it was not working. This is absolutely false and moreover it was done without asking. On demanding to see if it actually was changed, the guys started saying that we are not here to show you whatever we have changed. Now, there are scratches on my back door glass and they have screwed it up big time.
While all this was happening, Mr. Pura Ram (Cashier) did not even have the courtesy to come out and apologize. The mats were dirty and had not been washed and they people there told me that it had been washed but while bringing the car it again got dirty, but all the mats were dirty so i presume that four people sat in the car while bringing it back after washing.
Overall, it was the worst experience that i had at a Maruti Service Station. The guy was very rude and trying to show as if he has done a favour on me by repairing the cars.
The two bills which i was given are Invoice No. 029451, Job No. 0029331 Dt. 18.11.2008 and Invoice No. 029452, Job No. 0029332 Dt. 18.11.2008.
Imagine, what service levels are we talking about when the cashier has the guts to misbehave with the customers and bring disrepute to the organization. 

Solution of your complaintI think a written apology should come from the same guy, All changes which have been done without asking have to be reverted and the guy has to be taken to task else he will continue doing the same with others. 
ActionWill launch it in the consumer court.
