1) This person gave the wrong invoice which was not matching with the actual invoice of the bajaj finance department as well as the main dealer (kalyani bajaj). He made money from that, again...
2) At the time of delivering the byke he asked me to give 3400 rs more since it included one Advance EMi ... but now after 4months i m coming to know from bajaj finance department that no advance Emi was there in my scheme...Im charged 1100 as penalty as well as the due Emi. pending which already i have paid to this fellow.
3) Now when im asking this person what is the problem and what to do? He is showing attitude and telling ya it was a mistake by him , i better pay the dues so that the debt should not increase.
|Solution of your complaint||He should take his required comission and return my excess amount and also pay my penalty charge of the penalty Emi. |
|Action||I feel like shooting these persons who flirts with the customer and dont let them live a happy life... I have not yet decided what to do... |
