Myself Joydeep have given Toshiba satellite A105 model laptop to RT services, Bangalore for repair, almost three months ago. After three weeks they gave a very high quotation, which I said I am not ready to accept. I had asked for the return of the laptop in the original condition immediately. The service person then warnned me saying you are doing it wrong. Once I taken back the laptop, same given it to another service center, where they said that RT people have stoen the original bios chip from this laptop. When contacted with RT with photo proof, they are not accepting the same. Without this bios chip, laptop cannot be repair
ed. After that with assurance from so called manager namely Avilash, I have again given the laptop to RT. Avialsh promised that they will rectify everything this time without charging exorbitantly. But to my horror they are now saying that motherboard itself have gone bad and that needs to be replaced. I need to take a consumer forum case against RT outsourcing for this kind of mental agony and cheating.
Today I got a call from RT services, saying that they will return the laptop. Now laptop is having bios chip and everything else, but motherboard is having problem, so they cannot rectify it.
Now, my question is why they have stolen out the bios chip initially. When we complained about this, they were saying they have not done it. Now they are giving it back. So looks like they intentionally stolen that. Now they screwed up the entire system and trying too return it back.
This is pure case of cheating case.
If anyone have idea about filling up consumer case against these kind of crroked organization, please help me to do the same.
