My name is Poonam Sundrani and I am using LG TV 21” for past 10 yrs.. I have recently registered a complaint that my TV is automatically switching off after every 5 min. It’s been almost 15 days I complained and complaint no. was w8ca250058. No one had contacted us for this and after a week I again got another complaint no. w8cb0101135. Since them I am constantly following up on my complaint to Shree Electronics, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai who has a dealership of LG and looks after the Thane District. Everyday I contact them and the only response I get is that the “Engineer will visit before 7pm”. The ladies in the office have no manners to talk to the customers. The boss, so call Mr. Sanjeev is never available, neither in office (022-65100909) nor in mobile (9224447183).
The ladies in the Shree Electronics are so rude and I am very upset with the horrible service I am getting from LG. On contacting LG customer care call centre, they are unable to help me. No seniors are available in LG call centre as well.
I would highly be obliged if you could take an action against Shree Electronics, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.
