Dear Sir/ Madam I have bought two Acs as mentioned above as i am a fan of Videocon consumables. However though the remote of 1.5 T window Ac is still working , what i requested your service center a number of times to show at least one demonstaration of settings. But sorry to say its almost over by two years but neither the dealer nor the service engineer has the time to help your customer. And still i am setting the temp manually in spite of having the operational remote. II. I have purchased a second 1.5 T split Ac and it is supposed to have three free servicing. But in spite of repitative reminder the dealer so called Vignesh Reg Co has hardly responded to it. Now sir kindly give me a justification, where the poor customer supposed to go?

The dealer is really acting funny and needs to be tought about the responsibilty
If the same is not rectified within 15 days i will never be a customer in my future. Dear sir, please do reply and i have given my contact no, kindly talk to me if you can and do not shy away from your little responsiblities.
