Dear Mr Sunil Tandon,This is further to the telephonic discussions I had today with Mr Amit in your office. I am writing to you after I have exhausted all my resources in setting the situation right since your name appears in my workikng manual making a promise for a satisfactory product.I had purchased a rfrigerator Model S332WD S/N 308. from your dealer in Sahibabad. on 26-10-05.The compressor started making slight noise and the door was opening frequently. We made a complainton 21st July 2006 Complaint number DHU 652215( my telephone number was 5571115 )After making lot of reminders the complaint was not attended and finally the compressor fully broke and there was no cooling at all. Then I had to act fast and I contacted your Aurangabad office Product Support and finally after a lot of hue and cry the compressor was finally replaced on 13th Jan 2007.It was also clarified that till warranty no gas filling charges will be levied. However the comnpressor agin broke down and was replaced on 22 nd Jan 2007. However the compressor was still making slight noise and I registered a complaint again on 27th Jan 2007 number DHV 7827015. We had pointed the noise to the service technician but he said that the noise is normal. The system again broke down and a complaint was made number DHV 7D22002. on 21 st April 2007.The technician visited today and is advising that the compressor is down again and I have to pay a total of RS 1325 towards gas filling charges and replacement of components and the service charges.I am ready to pay for the other charges but not for the Gas filling of the compressor since my compressor has not worked properly since beginning and my complaint is yet to be resolved.I can't pay for maintaining the fridge every quarter. This is a defective piece and I would expect this to be replaced. However the main problem is with the compressor. It is advisable if you can at least replace the defective compressor with a brand new one so that it is not defective every quarter.
